lofti_gaia is registered on pip, and can be easily installed using:
$ pip install lofti_gaia
It depends on numpy, matplotlib, astropy, and astroquery, which can all also be installed using pip. It is written for python 3.8, I cannot guarantee full functionaility for python 2.
